What we collect

  • Name, phone number, email address and course interest from consultation, contact, booking and recruitment forms
  • Messages you send by email, telephone or WhatsApp
  • CV and employment details if you apply via the recruitment page
  • Technical data such as IP address and browser type from our host (Netlify) and any analytics tools the business later enables

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to training enquiries, schedule courses, process recruitment applications, and keep records we need for legitimate business interests (for example confirming who booked a course). Forms are processed by Netlify on our behalf. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep data
